Edge Treatment is a globally accessible, proven process for substance use disorder and outpatient addiction recovery

It was created to bring individuals back from the “edge” (their last use), and lead them into a new transformed way of life, through well rounded personalized treatment planning.

We understand the challenge of substance use disorder. Our leadership team is made up of people who have experienced addiction, or have been touched by the disease. Our program combines the science and discipline required for recovery along with compassion. You (or your family member) don’t go through this process alone. There are qualified and licensed professionals helping with every step.

We don’t pretend to make it easy. But we know how to make it work.

Edge Treatment serves people wanting to change their lives in Roswell, Milton, Alpharetta, Metro Atlanta, Central Georgia and the surrounding area.

LET’S TALK

The Science Behind Our Program

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) is action-oriented. It helps patients learn to stop avoiding and struggling with inner emotions, manage their emotional discomfort, and continue to move forward with healthy lives.

Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT)

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) focuses on the concept that problems like addiction are often based on flawed ways of thinking, so people can change behavior by learning better ways of coping with their issues, therefore improving their overall lives.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Medication-assisted treatment is the use of medications in combination with counseling and behavioral therapies. The FDA has approved three medications for use in treating patients who are recovering from opioids. Research shows that combining medication, counseling, and/or behavioral therapies can enhance effectiveness of treatment for substance use disorder.
