Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
Facilitate powerful group therapy, family sessions and one-on-one sessions
Monitor treatment from intake to discharge with compassion and clinical precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to continually elevate care
Uphold documentation standards in line with regulatory and compliance guidelines
Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in related field
LMSW, LMFT, LAPC, PLPC, or CAC Level I/II licensure (or equivalent)
2+ years of experience in mental health and addiction recovery
Strong understanding of the best practices in evidenced baked substance abuse treatment and mental health services.
Excellent communication skills and ethical integrity
